Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled through Apple’s App Store in accordance with Apple’s terms.

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Spotter AI provides general fitness, nutrition, and planning tools. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always use your judgment and seek qualified professional guidance where appropriate.

AI Features

AI-generated suggestions, estimates, and logging assistance are provided for convenience and may not always be complete or exact. You remain responsible for reviewing important entries and decisions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to interfere with the app or infrastructure, or use the app in ways that could harm other users or the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to misuse.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spotter AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy.
